Job Summary:

This position reports to Head of IPC and is responsible to assist in developing IPC strategies/plans, planning IPC trainings for the team, designing of training curriculum and for providing technical assistance to the team for smooth implementation of IPC activities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the development of IPC strategies/plans, IPC material and modules in consultation with Head of IPC and feedback from the zonal coordinators.

  • Develop IPC targets/KPIs and roll out to the IPC team in the field.

  • Plan and conduct trainings and refresher courses for IPC team.

  • Ensure that SOPs and guidelines established for execution of IPC activities are properly complied with.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to IPC team in conducting the IPC activities.

  • Provide logistic & material support to facilitate field and community activities.

  • Validate and evaluate performance of the IPC team on the basis of work plan, other evidence of the field visits and through back checks.

  • Data Management and performance analysis for decision making and future planning

Skills:

  • Advance training or Diploma in Communications will be preferred.

  • Experience of handling large field teams with reference to IPC strategy

  • Good communication (written/spoken), counseling and training skills

  • Proficiency in MS-Office application
