Job Summary:
The position is responsible for achievement of Voluntary Surgical Contraception (VSC) and Early Pregnancy Bleeding Management (EPBM) deliverables, capacity building of staff and timely reporting of data ensuring high quality standards.
Key Accountabilities:
Implement VSC and EPBM plans and strategies.
Ensure collection of MVA cases data from all clinically trained MVA providers.
Ensure data entry of MVA and VSC cases into MIS on monthly basis.
Achieve MVA refresher provider training targets.
Monitor regional VSC and EPBM training budgets.
Provide technical assistance in identifying new providers for MVA trainings.
Conduct technical trainings for providers in MVA facility.
Maintain strong liaison with IPC teams.
Ensure filling and recording of Technical Clinic Assessment Tool.
Timely reporting of data/information ensuring accuracy, timeliness and credibility of reports.
Compliance and implementation of organizational policies, procedures and systems.
Skills:
Clinical experience/expertise in MVA & TL procedure with MINI LAP Technique.
RHS-A certificate.
Preferably a Master Trainer in MVA and TL with understanding of government registration process.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using MS-Office application.
Willing to travel extensively in the field.
