Accountability 1: Design Research Method & Data Analysis

Designing research methods for data collection and perform Data Analysis.

KPIs:

  • Design research questionnaires, moderate and guides for new/adhoc studies
  • Selection of appropriate research Methodology and techniques
  • Design qualitative and quantitative research plans for products in all stages of the product life cycle
  • Sample designing, implementation and execution control
  • Conducting in-depth data analysis (Own/Competitor) brands using traditional and advanced methods
  • Analysis of vehicle tracking data/report
  • Participate in adhoc statistical projects including design and analysis of customized studies
  • Recommendation for increasing Numeric and Weighted distributions after analyzing market data and trends

Accountability 2: Operational excellence

(i): Reporting

KPIs:

  • Transforming of graphically data and translating complex findings into writing text with respect to MSR & SCR
  • Submission of MSR (Market Survey Report) & SCR (Summary Comparison Report) on daily basis
  • Interpreting data, writing reports and making actionable recommendations
  • Oversee the field activities and initiative
  • Comparison of vehicle tracking with tour plans and share finding
  • Conduct regular coverage studies of product data and share product sales trends
  • Provide insights and recommendations on statistical matters
  • Audit of Sales actual tour with tour planed and share findings
  • Audit of sales teams working timings
  • Audit of DEs & DSRs stock integrity
  • Liason with other functions for the department concerns 

Accountability 3: Code of Ethics

(i): To ensure that PVP is religiously practiced in the function at all levels.

KPIs:

  • Plan to ensure, it becomes a way of life in the function
  • Regular follow up with the brand team

(ii): EHSS (Environment, Health Safety & Security)

KPIs:

Execute EHSS policies and procedures in line with the Company guidelines.

(iii): Ensure 100% compliance with Company Policy & Procedures for maintenance of company assets.

KPIs:

  • Compliance of company Assets
  • Maintenance of company vehicle 

Accountability 4: People Development

(i): To liaison with Human Resource function for development and implementation of departmental Organizational Development Plan focused on People Skill enhancement

KPIs: 

  • Due emphasis on TNA (Training Need Analysis) while completing Performance Appraisals
  • 100% compliance of IDPs (Individual Development Plan) determined by Performance Management System

(ii): Develop an Organization that encourages delegation of authority with due accountability
