· Requirements:BBA/MBA/MPA/MDS/BS(Hons) Management Sciences/B.Com. Marketing/Sales/Finance graduates will be preferred.
· Age 23 years and above.
· Effective communications skills. (Fluency in English/Urdu might be tested).
· Committed and Goal Oriented.Selling skills.
· Time management and RTM skills.Negotiation Skills.
· Charming personality.
· GO GETTER attitude.
Job Description:
- Candidate will be required to provide atleast 3 daily financial consultancy services to the prospective clients regulary.
- Maintain all the relevant details of the prospective and existing clients.
- Ensurance of all S.O.P's being followed.
- Maintain persistency and productivity levels.
- Management of the clients policies and funds.
- Aware them about new investment opportunities.
- Hire/Fire the team under hirearchy.
- Develop their skills in financial interviews.
- RTM skill development.
- Development under personal skills.
- Train them in field.
