Sofizar/Constellation CK is looking for a candidate to work in its diverse project team for Software Development. He/She will be expected to manage the existing applications, collaborate with other team members for design and analysis and also contribute in its innovation process. A solid demonstrable experience of at least 2 years and a hands-on experience working in similar environments would be preferable in this regard.
Key Responsibilities
- Object Oriented Analysis and Design
- Building user interface applications and back-end databases by using various programming and scripting languages.
- Assisting in project planning and website design.
- Understanding of existing applications and make changes where required.
- Database analysis, design and development using SQL/PLSQL, stored procedures, indexing and DML Operation.
- Database Servers Maintenance and reporting (MSSQL, MYSQL)
- Suggest and implement ways to improve application performance
Skills Required
- Proficiency and passion for software/web development
- A Can Do Attitude
- Must have team working skills
- Strong understanding of OO principles and Design Patterns
- Excellent communication skills (Spoken and Written English)
- Strong design skills and ability to work independently and in a team setting
Programming Languages:
- Beginner to Advanced level understanding of any of the following languages/frameworks/Tools/ Servers
- C /C++
- Dot Net Framework 4.0, ASP.net, C#, Web forms / windows forms
- HTML5, JQuery, CSS, Javascript
- PHP/Mysql Server- LAMP
- Visual Studio
- SQL Server
- Practical knowledge of any of these (Ruby Rail, Nodes.JS, ASP.NET MVC, Prototype.js or Angular Js or Knockout) will be considered as a PLUS.
