Major responsibilities will include:
- Handling, operating and installation of IT equipment including Computers, Laptops, Multimedia Projectors/LCDs, Printers, Copiers and Scanners etc.
- Strong knowledge of windows OS, Printer and scanner drivers, system software applications i.e. Office, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.
- Setting up hardware and software and applications as and when required
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Installing and maintaining various peripherals as well as installing relevant updates and patches.
- Handling customer and colleague queries regarding networks, systems and applications, often through a help desk.
- Various ongoing dat to day tasks such as asset management, recordkeeping, checking and proofreading content, data entry, database maintenances
- Assisting in purchasing of IT Equipment and supplies
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
