Assuring that motivation level remains optimum among his/her team.
Training and Development of his/her team, as well as the partner bank team.
Forming strong relations with the Branch Managers, Area Manager, and Regional Managers of the bank.
Making sure that all the policy documents of his team’s area are accurate.
Solving any underwriting or operational issues that might be present.
Bringing in, new ideas by “thinking outside the box”, to improve productivity.
Visiting assigned branches consistently to ensure Jubilee presence.
