Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and infographics, that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience.
  • Manage all aspects of social media campaigns, including content ideation, scheduling, publishing, and monitoring, to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, using tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms, and leverage insights to optimize strategy.
  • Stay informed about emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.
  • Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships and enhancing brand loyalty.
  • Keep abreast of industry news, trends, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and potential threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media platform policies, guidelines, and algorithm updates, ensuring compliance and maximizing performance.
  • Develop and manage influencer partnerships and collaborations to amplify our brand reach and connect with relevant audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a demonstrated track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing brand presence.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with hands-on experience using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences and channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data interpretation, with the ability to track and report on key social media metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual communication, coupled with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with paid social advertising and influencer marketing is a plus.
  • Certification in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing is desirable.
