Integral member, accountable for managing, building and growing our E-Commerce business. Responsible for driving market share in the E-Commerce channel. Continue to strategically identify and build new E-Commerce opportunities. Account Executive will work closely with the company Director and the E-Commerce team to execute and support aggressive E-Commerce growth plans.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Account Management of E-Commerce partners including DHL, FedEx, TCS and other key E-Commerce retailers.
  2. Make sure timely management, release, dispatch and delivery of online orders
  3. Manage cross functional relationships with internal teams and coordinate efforts with marketing and planning and other internal teams to achieve greater implementation of promotions and measurement of success.
  4. Analyze data; interpret reports and information provided to identify new opportunities.
  5. Research and identify new e-commerce opportunities nationally and internationally along with identify E-Commerce trends for business growth.
  6. Forecast future e-commerce sales and inventory demand in channel.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

  1. The E-Commerce Team: Partner with interactive marketing team to drive search engine marketing, digital media, email marketing and campaigns to drive consumer sales. Create and execute content as needed for customer websites. Work with team to manage search/keywords, social media marketing, banner ads, videos, and other collateral.
  2. The Operations team: Partner with operations to maximize fulfillment, freight, planning and logistics. Work closely on demand planning based on marketing campaigns.
  3. The Sales Team: Drive top line revenue and net contribution dollars, improve our return-on-investment, new account sales goal and achieve other key performance indicators.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of successful business development, account management or marketing experience in an E-Commerce channel sales based organization
  • Business to Business experience focused on E-Commerce, online marketing, campaign development and management and customer acquisition and retention.
  • Demonstrated analytical capabilities including the ability to analyze and report on data
  • Experience using analytics solutions and customer resource management systems
  • Strong knowledge of internet technology and internet marketing principles
  • Computer savvy, proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • CRM Experience shall be a plus
