Assist the teacher by observing the children
Assist the teacher by helping to deliver the lesson

Assist the teacher by providing appropriate clerical support that frees that teacher to do planning, grading, instructing, conferencing, contacting parents, etc.
Taking charge of the class when the classroom teacher is absent
Skills required:
Potential to become a certified teacher
Excellent English Language skills – all four strands (speaking, writing, reading and listening)
Appropriate ICT skills
Other Requirements:
Two letters of reference
Assisting the classroom teacher for Elementary and Middle School
Education:
Graduation from higher repute colleges and universities, in first or second division (e.g. Kinnaird, LUMS, LSE, etc.)
