Qualifications & Experience: Masters degree in English Linguistics with 5 to 6 years related work experience of training for verbal & written communication for frontline and supervisory staff in a hospitality environment. Those having certified training in this field will be preferred. Work experience in a Quality certified organization will be advantage.
Job Summary: Communication Specialist will be responsible to develop and deliver training programs to enhance the English and Urdu communication proficiency of frontline & supervisory health care staff at the hospital and in administrative positions with the objective of demonstrating a positive, caring and guest relations approach towards patients, attendants, visitors and colleagues. Staff being trained will include receptionists, nursing staff, para-medical staff, trainee doctors, administrative and support staff.
