Job Title: (Garments Designer)
Department: Designing
Reporting To: (Designing Manager), Merchandisers
Prime Responsibilities:
- Production drawings controlled (Garments)
- Sampling drawings (Garments)
- Production & sampling accessories artworks(Garments)
Routine Responsibilities:
- Preparing confirmed orders new article production specs and revisions (Garments)
- Uploading and maintaining controlled production specs in software (Garments)
- Maintaining hard file record of all controlled drawings (Garments)
- Preparing sampling drawings (Garments)
Preparing Production Accessories
- Carton page, carton print screens, picture barcode stickers, printed poly bags artwork, insewn labels, hang tags, woven accessories (all types), heat transfer stickers, silicon printing placements, screen printing placements, user information sheets, reference stickers, embroidery.
Preparing Sampling Accessories
- Insewn labels, hang tags, woven accessories (all types), heat transfer stickers, silicon printing placements, screen printing placements, embroidery.
Rate List
- Maintaining complete record of rate list (cutting and stitching) of (Garments)
- Uploading and maintaining controlled rate list record in software (Garments)
- Maintaining hard file record of all controlled rate list (Garments)
Non-routine Responsibilities:
- Nil
Job Specification:
Education: BA (preference) FA acceptables
Training:
Complete training of garments designing
Skills:
Garments designing, designer advertising (print media)
Software:
CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office, Inpage
Experience: 5 years experience in designing
