Main Responsibilities
· Maintain up to date inventory and allocation of all IT assets at LUMS
· Perform regular audits of IT equipment in different departments
· Safeguard and keep inventory of IT Stores
· Update and maintain warranty information of assets and contract details of vendors
· Coordinate with vendors for IT asset repairs, replacement, and purchases
· Coordinate with Procurement department to follow up purchases in progress
· Provide desktop support as and when required
· Create PR’s in SAP
