Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, and manage correspondence via email.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in an office setting is a plus.
