  • Perform a variety of responsible and confidential secretarial, clerical and administrative duties.
  • Maintain calendars, schedule and maintain appointments.
  • Write or draft correspondence report, documents and other written material.
  • Review incoming correspondence, initiate replies as appropriate, route matter requiring action to staff or other organization and follow up to ensure that actions are completed.
  • Review out going correspondence, edit for procedure and grammatical accuracy, conformance to general policies and factual correctness.
  • Receive calls, Responds to request for information, provide information.
  • Help in office accounts and office administration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to make a decision or solve a problem by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives and propose quality solutions.

Ability to speak clearly, concisely and effectively, listen to and understand, information and ideas a presented verbally.

Excellent Ms Office skills (Word, Excel etc).

Establish, organize or maintain files.
