We are seeking an experienced Freelance Technical Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing technical talent for various projects and positions. This individual should have a strong network in the tech industry and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project specifications.
  2. Source and recruit top technical talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  4. Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring teams.
  5. Manage candidate pipelines and keep accurate records of interactions in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  6. Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process from initial contact to onboarding.
  7. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and stakeholders.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, preferably in a freelance capacity.
  2. In-depth knowledge of various technical domains such as software development, engineering, IT infrastructure, etc.
  3. Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing candidates for technical positions.
  4. Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  6. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

Additional Information:

  • This is a freelance position with flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely.
  • Compensation will be based on successful placements and may include commission-based earnings.
  • Candidates with a strong portfolio of technical talent and existing client relationships are highly desirable.
