Key Responsibilities (without limitation):

Lead the tender process from start to finish.
Prepare comprehensive tender proposals in alignment with specific requirements.
Engage in the calculation of costs and pricing strategies for tender submissions.
Prepare RFQs (Request for Quotation) according to customer requirements.
Conduct client visits, which may include occasional out-station visits.
Actively participate in all phases of the tender process, including submission, openings, and related meetings, which may occasionally require out-station travel.

Qualifications and Skills:

A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is essential. (Master’s Degree Preferred)
Proficiency in English, with experience in letter drafting and writing.
Expert knowledge and experience in MS Office Suite.
Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
Highly detail-oriented, with a keen focus on precision and accuracy.
Excellent time management and organizational capabilities, with the aptitude to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to engage effectively in discussions with clients.
Previous experience working with government departments is preferable.

The initial salary for this position is set between Rs. 60,000 to 90,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications. Additional specifics regarding compensation and benefits will be discussed during the interview process. The residence of the applicant should be in Peshawar.
