We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative who is fluent in both English and Spanish to assist our Spanish-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in both languages and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat to provide product information, resolve issues, and answer inquiries.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications:

Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is required.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
