We are looking for a Senior HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop HR strategies aligned with the organization's overall objectives, including workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and promote a positive work environment.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. Develop strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling. Promote a positive work culture and address employee concerns effectively.
  • Develop and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to improve performance.
  • Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Support employee development initiatives and career progression opportunities.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, incentive schemes, and employee benefits packages. Ensure competitive compensation practices to attract and retain talent.
  • Manage HRIS platforms to streamline HR processes, maintain accurate employee records, and generate HR reports and analytics for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards related to employment practices, equal employment opportunity, and workplace health and safety.
  • Collaborate with senior management and department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives and support organizational growth and development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR management roles, with demonstrated leadership and strategic HR expertise.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to ethical conduct and confidentiality.
  • Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments.
