We are currently seeking a Warehouse Incharge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our poultry vaccine warehouse operations. This includes overseeing the receiving, storage, and dispatch of vaccines, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing poultry vaccine shipments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of vaccines at all times.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize losses and prevent expired products.

Warehouse Operations:

  • Supervise the receiving, storing, and dispatching of poultry vaccines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper handling procedures for hazardous materials.
  • Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure optimal functioning.

Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality and integrity of poultry vaccine products.
  • Implement procedures for proper storage and handling to maintain product efficacy.
  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address any quality or compliance issues promptly.

Team Management:

  • Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure efficient utilization of manpower.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory records, transactions, and regulatory compliance.
  • Generate regular reports on warehouse activities, including inventory levels, stock movements, and performance metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other departments to provide updates and insights on warehouse operations.

Compliance and Regulations:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including Good Storage Practices (GSP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to poultry vaccine storage and distribution.
  • Collaborate with regulatory authorities and participate in audits as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor\'s degree, logistics, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles and warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards relevant to pharmaceutical storage and distribution.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
