BOT Trading Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crypto Market Maker - BOT Trading Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Crypto Market Maker, you will be responsible for overseeing the BOT trading strategies for market making activities of two specific Crypto tokens across multiple exchanges. This role requires a deep understanding of algorithmic trading, cryptocurrency markets, and proficiency in developing and implementing trading strategies.

Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and execute BOT trading strategies for market making activities of two specific crypto tokens.
Monitor market trends, liquidity, and trading volumes across various exchanges to identify profitable trading opportunities.
Continuously refine trading algorithms to improve trading performance and adapt to changing market conditions.
Implement risk management protocols to mitigate potential trading risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the trading team to develop new trading strategies and enhance existing ones.
Conduct backtesting and performance analysis of trading strategies to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Monitor and maintain the health and performance of trading bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary adjustments.
Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and technological advancements in algorithmic trading and cryptocurrency markets.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Proven experience in algorithmic trading and market making in the cryptocurrency space.
Strong programming skills, particularly in Python, and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks for algorithmic trading (e.g., CCXT, pandas, numpy).
Extensive knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, order types, and exchange APIs.
Experience in developing and implementing trading strategies for automated trading bots.
Solid understanding of statistical analysis and quantitative trading techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make quick, data-driven decisions.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Understanding of risk management principles and experience in implementing risk controls in trading strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience with market making in the cryptocurrency space, particularly with tokens on Centralized exchanges (CEXs).
Experience with machine learning techniques for trading strategy development and optimization.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and distributed computing frameworks for running trading bots at scale.
Knowledge of financial derivatives and options trading.
Experience with building and managing high-frequency trading systems.
