JOB SUMMARY:
This position is responsible to process company expenses and preparing reconciliations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Post show room expenses and get it verified from accounts executive
2) Post zonal office expenses and get it verified from accounts executive
3) Preparing budget variance analysis of showroom and zonal office expenses
4) Preparing bank reconciliation statements
5) Post reconciling items
6) Conduct stock takes at Dura factory Mirpur and showrooms
7) Prepare showrooms stock reconciliation statements
8) Post salary every month
9) Post provident fund every month
10) Prepare daily sales & collection report
11) Prepare daily scrap sales & collection report
12) Verify markup quarterly
13) Verify dealers bonus and adjustments
14) Preparing payments against the purchases from Master Offisys for showrooms
15) Any other task assigned by the management regarding Accounts and Finance from time to time

Experience: 03 to 05 years of work experience
