Verify sales software packages ledger posting to ensuring data transparence
Verify bills for correct application of rates & discounts
Cross check all ledger entries regarding sales packages
Calculate rates of special/odd sizes mattresses
Verify complaints from dealers & customers for their authenticity in accordance with company terms and policies
Verify pricing of new mattresses to be sent for approved complaints
Reconcile party ledger with bank statement to verify transparency in collection process
Prepare accounts/sales debit or credit adjustment vouchers to reconcile and present for approval
Prepare quarterly bonus sheet of dealers on targets achievement
Any other task that may be assigned by the management related to sales audit
