We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Mei Kong branch. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of driving performance, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and administrative functions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and replenishment, to meet customer demand and minimize stockouts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to communicate goals, provide updates, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare and present reports on branch performance, sales projections, and other relevant metrics to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
