In this challenging position you are responsible for the strategic development, coordination, control and monitoring of our global social media channels and products

You'll innovate and optimize product features, usage and drive the next generation of features and platforms

You contribute to the development of an internal knowledge base and create user guides and social media trainings

By using global best practices as examples you drive up-take of social media internally as well as externally

As an expert in social media you drive adoption of these platforms and develop compelling social experiences for our customer within marketing, corporate communications and HR

You plan search engine optimization (SEO) measures and implement them

You continuously monitor the market in terms of current trends and our competitors in the field of Web Media 2.0/Social

You plan and create daily updated content for the various channels for use in countries and departments

You plan and coordinate activities to increase our reach on social networks and to increase website traffic.

Skills

You have a strong understanding of web and social media landscape as well as of consumer behaviour and attitudes online
You convince with comprehensive social media know-how including appropriate monitoring tools, detailed knowledge of the Social Media / Web 2.0 landscape, understand their functions and networking opportunities.
You are well versed in dealing with crisis situations and have the necessary technical background in the administration
You are enthusiastic about the new media, and are ideally linked personally within the social media channels (Digital Native)
You have organizational skills and project management skills combined with a flair for new trends and developments
You have the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with all support departments
You are characterized by a high degree of self-motivation and self-reliance and look see the implementation of complex projects as an incentive
You have creativity, flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
You are convincing and demonstrate sovereignty in dealing with business partners from all levels
You have experience in working with international teams and agencies and have very good English language skills in written and spoken
