- Support AX Functional/ Implementation tasks
- Manage the AX document minutes / actions
- Provide On Job Training to Resources.
- MS RMS data synching, data entry and monitoring related to PO, Transfers, Sales Promotions, Material Master, Inventory controlling, Pricing, Cash / Sales reconciliation and resolution of support related issues.
- Provide ad hoc reporting requirements for the business as required
- Preparation of routine reports including but not limited to Incentives, Sales and Customer Visit reports
- Build trust and confidence that the ERP (AX) systems are truly supporting the business
- Hardware, LAN/WAN & structured cabling
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting of network and related devices
- Managing DNS, DHCP server, ISA Server, Email & File servers.
- Configuring Windows Servers, Domain networks, WLANs, Firewalls, Cisco devices, VPN and Desktop support.
