To make sure that all the traffic laws are properly followed
To make sure that he is reaching on duties at-least 30 minutes before given time
To clean company vehicle after every drive/ duty
To make sure that the vehicle is properly used, lubricated and is ready before any duty
To make sure that he is polite and of professional behavior with passenger
To make sure that he is not demanding any tip and/ or gift from anybody
To make sure the he is maintaining secrecy of his duties

To make sure that the vehicle log-book is properly maintained and every fueling is properly reported to Admin and recorded in log-book
To make sure before every duty starts, he has managed proper sleep
To make sure that he is not using a company vehicle for his personal activities
To make sure that he has reported any repair work of vehicle to the Administration department well in time
To make sure that vehicle is properly locked at the time of parking
To make sure that for every fueling SoPs of Administration are properly followed
To make sure that he is not using Cell Phone during the drive
To make sure he is not wearing T-shirt or any other non-corporate dress while on duty
