COMMANDING SPOKEN and WRITTEN ENGLISH SKILLS ARE REQUIRED
The Ideal candidate will be able to troubleshoot and identify complex network, software, and hardware issues. The developer should be well versed in mobile responsive web development, PHP and WordPress, Java, including CSS, HTML and JavaScript (or JQuery). Must be skilled in writing clean, efficient code and a strong understanding of the WordPress CMS. Direct customer support experience is essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills are required for this position as well as organizational skills, high-level troubleshooting, and the ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to manage Windows 2000, 2003, 2008, 2012, XP, Vista and Windows 7, 8, 10.
Setup and Maintain Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, SharePoint, Print, SQL and Asterisk Server.
Ability to work with all major monitoring tools such as ENABLE, LPI and KASEYA.
Design and implement websites from initial concept, site architecture, and user interface to finished deliverable
Create wireframes and mockups based on descriptions of business need using style guide and existing collateral.
Build new landing page and website layouts, and iteratively improve existing page design in HTML / CSS.
Apply layouts to WordPress templates.
Design and implement new features, enhancements, and content of existing websites
Excellent creative and proper writing skills (Using the proper grammar and punctuation)
Understanding of SEO principles and digital content best practices
Web Content writing for email, landing pages, social media, and blogs. Experience writing for clients in the IT industry is a plus.
Ability to setup and troubleshoot handheld devices.
Ability to do research
Project & Vendor Management
Motion graphics and/or 3D skills a big plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshoot and resolve complex, critical, and sensitive technical support issues.
Resolve customer issues through email, phone, and remote support sessions.
Manage a personal queue of incidents by effective time management and issue prioritization.
Ensure customer satisfaction through professionalism and swift resolution.
Facilitate client WordPress training, site documentation and maintenance
Design interfaces and graphics for presentations and mobile-delivered applications
Support Marketing Research projects, Data gathering, Analysis and providing results for offline Marketing efforts.
Monitor, track, optimize effectiveness, and report on key metrics for digital marketing campaigns from but not limited to Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, Adwords, Page Ranking tools, Social Media Ads and others.
Any other duties as assigned.
