Job Responsibilities:
1. Developing and maintaining key performance indicator (KPI) databaseUpdate KPI database on monthly basis and share with CEO
2. Manage weekly/monthly/quarterly reports (DHIS reports) and other related data.
Assist MEAL Officer in data collection practices and ensure quality by random verifications and validations (i.e. DQA, LQAS etc.)
3.Build technical capacity of project staff for data management, analysis and interpretation through formal & informal trainings.
4.Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly narrative reports.
Conduct frequent field visits, document finding and submit report to the CEO.
5.Ensure implementation of Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM) and report collected data on periodical basis.
6.Assist MEAL Officer to Identify, collect, write and share Case studies, Success Stories, Lesson Learnt and best practices with Provincial/ country officeAny other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/management
