You will play a pivotal role in maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to handle outbound and inbound customer interactions, including emails and calls, with the objective of converting leads into sales. You will also be responsible for providing comprehensive product knowledge to potential customers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of our IT-related products.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle outbound and inbound customer interactions via emails and calls.
  2. Effectively communicate with potential customers to convert leads into sales.
  3. Provide detailed product knowledge and educate customers on the benefits of our IT-related products.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  6. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Continuously strive to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
  2. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive customer relationships.
  4. Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
  5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  7. Flexibility to work from 6 PM to 2 AM, Monday to Friday.
