This is a full-time on-site role for an CEO Coordinator with Eastern timings. The Coordinator will be responsible for providing executive administrative assistance, executive support, diary management, managing expense reports, and administrative assistance.

  • Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, coordinating appointments, and meetings.
  • Anticipate and prepare materials and information required for meetings and appointments.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters pertaining to the CEO.
  • Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Conduct research and compile data to prepare reports and presentations.
  • Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistical details are in place.
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and tasks to support the overall success of CareCloud.

Requirements

  • Experience in executive administrative assistance and executive support
  • Proficiency with managing expense reports and diary management
  • Strong administrative assistance skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and G-Suite

This is Onsite position with Eastern timings.
