- Promote and educate healthcare professionals on our clinical products. (US Based)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with providers, patients, and institutions. (US Based)
- Virtual Assistance to patients and doctor’s staff (US Based)
- Excellent English communication skills/ call handling skills
- Answer inbound/ outbound phone calls, Assist Office staff, and work on orders as per protocols
- Work on Medical billing software to document the cases
- Schedule Patient appointments on the Medical Billing software.
- Provide excellent customer support and maintain records.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Continuous Night shifts (8 hours a day)
- Saturdays/ Sundays are working days and we will give holidays on the floating weekdays
Requirements:
