• Managing all New Client Account Setups, Research and Development activities.
  • Managing VAS (value added services), Provider enrollment, claims submission and various other projects for NASD dept.
  • Development and monitoring of KPI reporting mechanisms for the dept.
  • Coordinate in planning and management to ensure project activities are executed in accordance with requirements, and schedule all activities to ensure project completion on time.
  • Provide assistance to COO & GM of the organization with different issues related to NASD, VAS & data import & export.
  • Research and implementation of the ongoing changes in the health care industry regarding EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) process.
  • Communicating with new clients regarding complex enrollment and signup issues.
  • Handling customer support and customer service email alias.
  • Suggesting improvement in key areas to increase the success rate of the Value Added Services and devising plans for promotion of VAS.
  • Train and guide team members on new challenges in healthcare industry along with a keeping a close coordination with providers (clients).
  • Prepare & maintain ISO documentation of NASD dept. also has to participate in all internal Audit of the company.
Key Requirements: The candidate should have:
  • Master's Degree from a top ranked local or foreign university in Business Administration/Project Management or related field.
  • Overall 5 years of experience with minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar management role/Project Management.
  • Critical thinking and data analysis skills.
  • Leadership & Team management Skill.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT industry.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills and good in cross functional interactions & coordination.
  • Proficient in: Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint & Outlook.
