• Oversee day-to-day departmental operations remotely, with a focus on diverse operational sites.
  • Address routine and escalated supporter inquiries, assess SP Project Proposals, and manage PMT reports.
  • Collaborate on financial requisitions, incorporating field requests and supporter instructions and dealing with day-to-day queries.
  • Ensure efficient use of electronic systems, including the Programme Management System (P3, UMBRACO, Engage, eDays).
  • Maintain the SP database, managing beneficiary details, locations, beneficiary profiles, and handling supporter feedback reports.
  • Generate reports and analytics on sponsorship program performance for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan and execute periodic field visits (if required) to identify various needs, including staff capacity building, system/process assessments, training, and reporting.
  • Solicit SP Proposals based on regional needs assessments.
  • Attend public events periodically to raise awareness and promote Muslim Hands SPs.
  • Maximise engagements for networking, presentations, pitching, and gathering feedback.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that highlights the impact of sponsorships for promotional purposes.
