Nakisa Professional Services department is responsible for ensuring successful deployment and implementation of Nakisa solutions to customers.The Functional Consultant is a vital and integral member of the Professional Services Consulting team. She /He works directly with international customers and partners as well as with project managers and developers throughout all project phases – from project initiation, to requirements gathering, solution design, QA and acceptance.
· Configure Nakisa solutions based on customer.
· Validate the solution and raise, track, and work with the product development team to address issues in a timely manner.
· Raise and track product issues with product development team .
