Nakisa Professional Services department is responsible for ensuring successful deployment and implementation of Nakisa solutions to customers.The Functional Consultant is a vital and integral member of the Professional Services Consulting team. She /He works directly with international customers and partners as well as with project managers and developers throughout all project phases – from project initiation, to requirements gathering, solution design, QA and acceptance.

  • Implement Nakisa solutions to the highest quality standards.
  • Support Project Manager by acting as main point of contact for clients throughout all project phases.
  • Deliver a superior customer experience by using well defined processes.
  • Support project estimation activities by writing statement of work, request for services, and change request documents.
  • Deliver Nakisa trainings to customers and partners.

· Configure Nakisa solutions based on customer.

· Validate the solution and raise, track, and work with the product development team to address issues in a timely manner.

· Raise and track product issues with product development team .

  • Provide timely and accurate reporting for all project/client activities.
  • Manage customer expectations and foster positive relationships throughout all project phases

Candidate must be the resident of Lahore

Skills

• University Degree (Bachelors) in MIS, computer science or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 3-5 years of experience in software consulting.
• Experience working with technology ERP vendors such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft and Microsoft and good understanding of Web applications an asset.
• Excellent English skills (both spoken and written).
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to manage challenging and complex projects.
• Experience with phased project implementations, with emphasis on requirements definition, testing and high degree of customer interaction.
• Knowledge of IT landscape would be an asset.
• Knowledge of XML and Java would be an asset.
• Good understanding of SAP is a definite asset
• Willingness to travel
