Net Solutions is looking to recruit a Senior Customer Support Manager (CSM) who has solid experience of handling Ebay/Amazon online business in past and solid experience in handling and supporting online customers and well aware of Ebay and Amazon policies and able to lead a team of 2-3 people. Dedicated to providing excellent customer service to our US / UK / Canada based customers and are enthusiastic about problem solving with a positive attitude. The ideal candidate should have the ability to engage clients with their outgoing, but strong personality while using their polite verbal communication skills and ability to handle complex situations and cases while dealing with online customers. Be able to travel for at least 2-4 months a year to our United States, United Kingdom and Malaysia office when required. And It is also important that this person be willing to go the extra mile for the team, the company and themselves. This person must be passionate about their work and career-oriented.
