Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the achievement of departmental goals and objectives.
Oversee all financial activities, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision-making, business valuation, and fund-raising activities.
Lead the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Manage the company's cash flow, liquidity, and capital structure, ensuring optimal financial health and efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to analyze financial performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and proactively recommend and implement changes to enhance financial processes and controls.
Represent the finance function in meetings with investors, auditors, and other external stakeholders, providing clear and accurate financial insights and analysis.
Utilize knowledge of Islamic finance principles to ensure compliance with Shariah guidelines and ethical standards in all financial activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
5 years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on financial modeling, business valuation, fund-raising, and IPOs.
years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, with demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to develop complex financial models and perform detailed financial analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Proven track record of managing financial operations, driving process improvements, and implementing best practices to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
Deep understanding of Islamic finance principles and their application in financial management and decision-making.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems) and familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
