Summary:

We are seeking a Remote Consultant / Recruiter with an IT background to join our team and assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting temporary remote workers for our clients within the IT industry in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT roles, excellent communication skills, and a knack for identifying top talent in a virtual environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate strong proficiency in clear and articulate communication in English while collaborating with hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and devise effective recruitment strategies.

2. Source candidates through various online channels, job boards, social media platforms, and participation in networking events.

3. Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and alignment with company culture.

4. Facilitate the scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers, offering guidance and support throughout the process.

5. Maintain precise candidate records and ensure regular updates to recruitment databases.

6. Offer prompt feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive and respectful candidate experience.

7. Lead negotiations on job offers and oversee the onboarding process for selected candidates.

8. Remain abreast of industry trends and best practices in remote recruiting and IT staffing to maintain a competitive edge in the field.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in IT or remote staffing.

3. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

5. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

6. Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with team members and clients.

7. Knowledge of IT roles and technologies, including programming languages, software development, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.

8. Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
