You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling medical equipment, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer orientation, and a proactive approach to sales.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with walk-in customers, provide product demonstrations, and assist with product selection.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and availability.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Actively promote and upsell additional products or accessories to meet customer needs.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries received via phone, email, or online channels.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including product displays and signage.
- Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the company's point-of-sale system.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales goals and objectives.
