1. Perform and followed the standard operating procedure
2. Analysis of API, HPLC.titration and on spectrophotometer.
3. Development of in-house analytical testing methods of the products in HPLC and UV-spectrophotometer
4. Perform in-house calibrations of Disintegration apparatus, Dissolution apparatus, polarimeter, refractive index, melting point, water bath, and friability apparatus.
5. Preparation, standardization and labeling of volumetric solutions.
6. PIMS update regarding new entity of Active and excipients etc.
7. Preparation release and rejected reports of the materials.
8. Analysis of the pre-delivery samples and prepared the reports.
9. Prepare SOP of API and excipients.
10. Carrying out any assignments/tasks assigned by the Quality control manager
Skills
• Hands on experience on instrumentations like HPLC, UV, and Atomic absorption spectrophotometer.
