• Appoint new distributors in your respective region.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets by visiting assigned businesses/territory on regular basis as per planned itinerary.
  • Communicate trade offers to retailers/wholesalers for achieving targets and upselling.
  • Provide feedback to Regional Sales Manager / Zonal Sales Manager on competitors’ activities in the market.
  • Identify potential outlets/businesses for numeric growth and achievement of sales targets; communicate trade / product offerings and initiate business; report numeric additions.
  • Sales targets achievement as per given targets.
  • Required to achieve the margin KPI by making profitable baskets of customers.
  • Increasing customers portfolio size by adding new customers.
  • Customer situation analysis and budget follow-up
  • KPIs follow-up: turnover, margin, frequency etc…of the customer portfolio
