Nutrifactor is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic "Area Sales Manager” to join our team in Faisalabad.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to meet targets and achieve growth
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration
Requirements:
- English proficiency
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Ability to analyse sales and market data to make informed decisions
- Sales growth mindset and ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely and professional manner
