Looking for Sr. Technical Experts to work in UAE who have between 6 to 14 years of working experience, solid hands-on technical experience in providing L2 Support – IT Applications Support Level 2 – for the following position:
IT Applications Support / Technical Expert: Data Warehousing Applications
Mandatory required Qualifications:
- Relevant working experience in the same field of IT Applications Support
- Telecom background is required
- Minimum 6 years of working experience up to 14 years
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, conversation)
- Excellent technical skills in operating systems, databases, application servers, development tools, business applications
- Excellent experience in managing Applications SLA, availability management, performance management, incident management
- Excellent analytical skills and systems troubleshooting
- Excellent in applications management, proactive maintenance, application monitoring, building KPIs, root cause analysis, manage production environment
- Excellent communications skills to handle customer complaints, development requests and vendor handling
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
