The ideal candidate should have done B.Com / BBA (HR) and should have 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing setup. Fresh candidates are also elegible to apply. Responsibilities for this position includes:
- Salary Preperation
- Hiring of employees.
- Maintaining employee related record in ERP (SAP), HCM Module and to generate different reports for decision making purpose.
- Maintaining Leaves, Attendance and Shifts of employees.
- Processing of Employee Loans and Salary Advances applications.
- Processing final settlement of employees.
- Preparing monthly payroll.
- Any other job assigned by the Manager HR.
