| Job Description: |
|
- Design,installation and configuration of the Cisco Unified Communications portfolio, including Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Cisco Unity Messaging, and related network design and configuration including switching, routing and voice gateways including Session Border Controllers(Service Provider)
- Installation and configuration of Cisco UCS virtualized server platforms for Unified Communications will be a Plus.
- Cisco IPCC design and configuration. Including advanced scripting and database integration
- Responsible for creating and delivering the design, upgrades, deployment, migration,decommissioning and troubleshooting of components that make hosted voice infrastructure.
- Engage in the engineering, implementation, troubleshooting and support of infrastructure platforms used in customers of all sizes.
- Technical documentation of solution architecture, design and as-built system configuration.
- Provide second and third tier customer support as required.
Note: This is a night shift job as OVEX is following US timings. Remuneration package is OPEN or will be decided as per experience and core competencies in the relevant field.
