| Job Description: |
|
- Gathering and refining requirements from the stakeholders/departments as Backlog items
- Contribute to idea screening and creation of products road map
- Analyzing process workflows to identify potential areas for automation and drafting business rules to identify and fill the gaps in the existing system
- Designing user interfaces and screen mockups using wire-framing tools like Balsamiqetc
- Organizing meetings to hand over requirements to the system architects and developers
- Assisting the QA team with smoke-testing of the system
- Creating system documentation, User Manuals and Release Notes
- Developing and arranging workshops, demos and trainings for relevant stakeholders
- Documenting features over companies wikis and maintaining versioning over MS SharePoint
Skills Required - Excellent English communication skills
- Good Analytical skills
- Excellent problem solving skills is required
