· Knowhow of basic Microsoft, Networking and IT infrastructure technologies and terminologies
· Experience in Windows server configuration, management and monitoring
· Experience in Internet Information Services (IIS) configuration, management and monitoring
· Experience in Database Administration in SQL Server
· Experience in troubleshooting and resolving database problems
· Experience is performance tuning and optimization, using native monitoring tools, troubleshooting and resolving database problems
· Experience with backups, restores and recovery models
· Experience in at least one programming language
· Experience in implementing automation using scripts using PowerShell and DOS commands
· Good communication skills
