1.  As a Field Coordinator (FC), you will be responsible for ensuring coordinating and implementation of district level project and operations’ activities and adherence to logistic, human resource, administration and security procedures as per the donor compliance in the respective district.
  2. Report to Project Coordinator for work on project in respective districts while representing PASARC to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Responsible for organizing meetings in respective district with CSOs (members of the district Citizens’ Forum). Also maintain record of these meeting including attendance sheets, meeting minutes and pictures of meetings.
  4. In collaboration with CSOs and aid agencies, establish Citizen Forum in targeted District and support its management.
  5. Develop and implement orientation plan for the staff of all CSOs in Citizen Forum in targeted Districts
  6. Provide accurate progress reports, social and security analysis, and recommend how the project can position itself to better serve the interests of the Forum’s members.
  7. Interact as required with development partners, government officials as well as other donor system colleagues and external partners to ensure that project coordinator kept abreast of important developments affecting the project.
  8. Ensures dissemination and thorough follow-up on decisions and policies taken by the project Coordinator and government lead
  9. Collaborate with the respective government lead for project field visits and missions undertaken, including identifying major meetings and preparation of briefing documentation.
  10. Identify and develop synergies with other programs and projects at the district level;
  11. Ensure proper management of finances on the bases including planning, authorization of expenses, and reporting of events in respective district.
  12. Perform other tasks relevant to the project in the respective district.
