We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will provide support to our sales team and ensure that sales operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including but not limited to order processing, invoice generation, and data entry.
- Coordinate sales-related activities, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and tracking sales performance metrics.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Keep accurate records of sales data and customer information in our CRM system.
- Support the sales team in achieving their targets and goals by providing timely and relevant assistance.
