Good understanding of the overall product which is a must to provide overall Impact Analysis of a new feature or change introduced to the application.
Should be able to translate customer requirements into WBS.
Collaborate with development team to come up with the times for release milestones.
Well versed in planning tools, preferably Clickup or JIRA.
Should be able to leverage the required technical knowledge and programming skills to communicate effectively with development teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
Develop and maintain a clear and well-prioritized product backlog, ensuring it reflects customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements that guide the development process.
Maintain product backlog. Prioritize and sequence the items in the product backlog based on business priorities and product value.
Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to ensure the team's progress aligns with the product roadmap.
Discuss the QA incidents/bugs reported during QA testing with the QA team and collaborate with the development team to fix those incidents/bugs.
Delivering pre-UAT/UAT sessions with business analysts and customers and secure UAT acceptance.
Continuously gather feedback from stakeholders and customers, incorporating insights to refine product features and enhance user experiences.
Make swift and informed decisions during development to address unexpected challenges and seize opportunities.
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable tasks for the development team.
Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends to ensure our products remain relevant and innovative.
Collaborate with design and user experience teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Drive the product's success through effective communication, monitoring key performance indicators, and addressing any issues that arise.
Conduct regular demos and presentations to showcase product features and updates to stakeholders.

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is an ICT-based system in Pakistan providing a single window for trade. PSW is a facility that allows parties involved in trade and transport to lodge standardized information and documents at a single-entry point to fulfill all import, export, and transit-related regulatory requirements. If information is electronic, then individual data elements need to be submitted only once. PSW will connect relevant government departments with each other and with economic operators like importers, exporters, customs agents, shipping agents, transporters etc, in Pakistan for efficient management of cross border trade. It will provide the ease and transparency in achieving compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, through an on-line facility, that will intelligently handle the information for each transaction without the need to provide same information more than once or to physically visit such government departments. Pakistan has committed to implement various provisions of World Trade Organization’s (WTO) Trade Facilitation Agreement that includes implementation of a National Single Window (NSW) system before February, 2022. Pakistan also needs PSW implementation to overhaul management of its external trade for reducing time, cost and complexity involved to improve its position in various global rankings on competitiveness and ease of doing business. Guiding vision and mission objectives: VISION: Pakistan will establish a world-class automated hub by 2022, offering services and creating efficiencies, to reduce cross border trade related costs, time and complications for improved trade facilitation and compliance. MISSION: Improve cross-border trader processing by providing centralized ICT based services, simplified processes, effective and reliable automation, harmonized data exchange and risk-based selectivity in enforcement of government’s regulations.
